Fix despawning, more

• Backport the OnBotRemoved and AddEnemy code from the 3.6.0 branch (stops bots from going crazy if a bot they were targetting gets despawned)
• Destroy the bot ourselves, so we can avoid it going back into the pool (Turns out the pool sucks, and causes nothing but issues)
• Remove SAIN DLL dependency, and add DissonanceVoip DLL dependency
