Update rubygems #7

I only have access to Github, not Rubygems. @dvliman, would you mind either giving me access or resolving this issue?

I now have access (thank you, dvliman). I want to do some QA and think more closely about the version numbering (rubygems is at 0.1, master is at 0.5) prior to releasing though. I should get to it this weekend.
