slope mode resistance is getting 'soft' on sprints (BLE - FTMS) #32

110 rpm, 50/13 gear, and 7 % grade tops at about 600-700 watts, with a feeling of the resistance lowering down at the unit the harder you try to go.

[x] try to reproduce it in resistance mode (BLE),
[x] check if ERG mode can hold around its' advertised maximum (BLE),
[x] test with ANT+ FEC for resistance mode and simulation mode

It does not appear with ANT+ FE-C. So maybe some FTMS params are missing, or it's the firmware on my unit.

It seems to be related to heat accumulation in the unit. Happens after climbs in simulation mode only, ERG is capable of keeping the resistance.

Nope, it was the missing wind resistance coefficent parameter. I set all of the indoor simulation parameters to their corresponding default values from the FE-C spec and it now works. Sprints on 2.0% don't get soft at all got up to 700 watts on an easy gear.
