Which method may send 603 Decline message? #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.UE1 invite UE2 to chat,but UE2 want to decline this invite.
2.UE2 need to send 603 Decline message.
3.Which method can do it? A demo code is better.Thanks.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IMSDroid 1.2.355   on Android 2,2

"MyMsrpSession::hangUp()" or "MyAVSession::hangUp()".
If session is connected, then these functions send "BYE" otherwise "603 
decline" will be sent.
