What this PR does / why we need it

This implements a POC for doing GenAI and Autonomous Agents.

Changes:

• uses babyAGI for the autonomous agent portion, demo'ed with using LLaMA 2 under babyAGI
• modularized the transcriber so different implementations can be created
• deprecated (temporarily) the Symbl transcriber because I did no have enough time to implement the new modular transcriber interface
• Copied an implementation of the Microphone project from another open source project I implemented
• Changed all libraries to streaming interfaces
• Restructured the project to be more modular
