Whitelist IP to access the endpoints #6

ATM all the endpoints /mlflow, /grafana, ... are publicly accessible even though these endpoints are all internals. We have added basic auth layer but still it's a better practice to only allow certain IPs to be able to access them.

Cái này cũng tương tự ở cái Issue KServe nhá sếp, thường cũng whitelist ở đầu API Gateway lun.
