Here's my comments on this chart's implementation

Move "Non-White to White***" to the third spot on the legend then have the other things to its right (Asian..., Black..., Other...) be turned off by default.

Note, I may take a look at terminology for "Non-White" and look to change it to be more consistent with other labels on the sight for the same group, or switch the other stuff to "Non-White". Stay tuned. For now I'll go with Non-White in the rest of these charts over "Minority".
