Implement EV Charging Location Attributes #3

Fuel type – only select EV. This doesn’t have to be in the attributes but make sure the other alt fuels aren’t selected.

EV Network – This is useful because people have memberships to networks ev_charging_level ev_connector_type station_name street_address intersection_directions city state zip station_phone status_code access_code access_detail_code access_days_time ev_level1_evse_num ev_level2_evse_num ev_dc_fast_num ev_pricing Open_date date_last_confirmed
