We need to define the point at which we consider the project completed.

At this point we would move on-to the next major project, moving this project to the "Update and Maintain" team.

this is a difficult question to answer. because we have a very WIDE range of features we want to implement and support, however we must set realistic goals to ensure the project grows steadily and offers a good set of features and functions for our clientele.
