I'm experiencing input lag on the controls for the player. I normally don't send in reports like this but I like the program so much, I was just wondering if anyone knew what the issue was or if it's been experienced before. I notice a hazard symbol coming up at the corner that says and I'm paraphrasing, "API overloaded" or something to that effect.

I have Spotfy Premium

I'm getting the same thing, 15 second "API calls throttled..." after skipping a song. Also have Spotify Premium. I also get this after adjusting volume with scroll wheel.

Yeah, it's a common issue, sadly.

I need to think of a possible workaround so that the impact on the user is minimal.
