This commit refactors the types/Service and types/Record types, to make them more interlinked.

Furthermore, Services now have no knowledge of the database.RxDb, they only operate on Data.Data[] and return Record.Record

This is going to help us out in the long run.

Actually saving the produced data to the database has been moved:

the responsibility is now carried by the frontend.
