Create simple products for templates #53

In some cases templates and products have 1:1 relationship and the products
need to be created automatically on import and linked to templates.

Add a single button to ZP config page. The button kicks off product creation for
templates that are not in use. All unused templates get converted this way.
It is a temporary solution. We will need something more flexible later on.

The template ID goes into the product's SKU. Only 1 product can be created per 
template.
