Import previews as product images #74

Add first page as the main product page and remaining page as additional
products images on import.

Product images need to be updated if the previews change. This can only be
done on import. 

A product may have additional images added. They need to be left alone in
the position they are. Only our previews are affected. 
If the main product image is not one of the previews then leave it as is.

Product default preview was updated only on the personalization page. Ran "data
import" profile on this template/product after changing its preview image:

Default preview image did not update on catalog page:
http://www.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/email-signatures.html

and on product page:
http://www.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/email-signatures/email-signature-02-
