Display extension version #76

Add a function that displays a message "Web-to-print and image generation
v.#####". Link the message to www.zetaprints.com. Insert version #
automatically.

Site owners will be required to display this message if they want to get
support.

We either need to find a way to tap into some deep-rooted M. function and 
return our
text as part of it. It probably doesn't make sense to spend time on it if they 
can
remove it easily.
