"More view" thumbs should update #84

The thumbs in "More views" that represent a edited page/image should be
changed to the generated image not the default image of the page.

If I click a "More views" thumb of a page that I have edited, it should
show the latest generated preview.

I don't think so, because it's a product images, not a personalized one.
Better to find another approach.

It's better to hide them if they were not uploaded manually.
