Color picker radio pops up the color picker

Color picker radio button should also open the picker. If I check the
"Leave blank" radio button, I can't check the "color picker" one. I have to
click on chose color. 
I think it would be better if the radio button also brings up the color picker.

Color picker radio button needs to be moved down a bit
(color_picker_radio_position_aft.png). So that it is in the same line as
the text on the top tab.
