Missing XSLT processor #90

Some hosting doesn't have XML or XSLT proc. Admins get a rather useless msg
from M.

We need to check and inform the admin that the proc is missing.

Options: 
a) do it during the install
b) do it when the config page is showing
c) somewhere else

This must be documented in a wiki and our help.

New code is in 1.6.1.0beta1 (available on magento connect)

Need to remove xsl php extension before update to test.

While updating extension with removed php xslt extension got following message:
