Update mercedes.yaml sorting out several parameters #127

Updated parameters like rangeliquid -> range_liquid and several occurences of car or my_car to $license$. Still some of the parameters are no longer direct sensors, but attributes (pressure, windows status or door lock status) and need to be fixed separately.
