After installing Dwains Dashboard 3.0: getting Unknown error RELOAD UI #491

I followed the advise on https://github.com/dwainscheeren/dwains-lovelace-dashboard/issues/482 Altough i did not installed v2 of DD, i deleted DDv3, rebooted both my NUC and RPi4, and installed DDv3 again. After that it worked! Thanks Dwain for a wonderful dashboard!
