[FR] Allow re-ordering and favouriting of added ("custom") lovelace cards #722

I've added two general Lovelace cards into a room, a Frigate camera and a Xiaomi vacuum map card. They appear in the room first as the Xiaomi card then the frigate card, followed by all the DD cards.

The DD cards all have the ability to be reordered via the compass movement icon, but any custom cards I added don't have this. So they always appear at the top of the room they're in.

I would like to be able to move these around or at least re-order them. Since DD doesn't have access to those cards, this would likely need to be done manually, which is fine. I've hunted around to find where they're ordered but couldn't.

Perhaps a simple ordering table inserted while in edit mode that allows me to specify if the custom cards should appear before or after DD cards, and with a list of the current custom cards with a movement icon thing against each one to allow me to re-order just these custom cards. That would be enough!

Even adding the ability to "show code" for a given dashboard would allow for manual ordering of these cards and I'd be all for that as well.
