Add SPDX license identifier to GemSpec #24

This will show the license in the WebGUI of https://rubygems.org and make it discoverable for license scanners like https://github.com/pivotal/LicenseFinder

@dwaite Taking my idea and adding it as "your own work", rather than merging this PR and giving credit where credit is due, may not be considered nice by some.

Apologies; I was going through issues first, and did not see you had a pending pull request until after I had committed my own fix.

I did still want to thank you for submitting the pull request, though - it obviously was a valid enhancement!
