ptinit -reset doesn't preserve the state of offline nodes #38

the state of offline alteryx server nodes is not being perserved when the platform topology is reset (ptinit -reset)

this works as expected. i mistook another issue for losing offline state after resetting the toplogy. however, that's not the case. closing - no work.
