Vault services is loaded at end of install.ps1 instead of 1Password (when installed) #40

Ensure that when the installer ends, that the session is clean/reinitialized and that all the correct services and providers are loaded.

cleaned up the 1password installer and ensured it ended with the 1password installer loaded (it uses both itself and vault services during its installation). made the conditional final init in the installer mandatory and this resolved the issues
