Alarm not scheduled after install (upgrade) case #10

No alarm this morning despite threshold being reached. Looking @logcat I can see no wakeup check occurred. I believe the last thing I did was download a new version of the utility and look @ the dashboard. I'm guessing the uninstall->reinstall removes the alarm setting. Need to investigate this.
