[x] signature_mpc_tiresias() in crates/sui-config/src/node.rs remove duplicates.
[x] in initiate_signature_mpc_protocol replace if-else hell with match.
[x] MAX_MESSAGES_IN_PROGRESS should be configurable inside the Validator.yaml and renamed to MAX_MPC_PROTOCOL_MESSAGES_IN_PROGRESS
[x] Rename all MPC init events to be: "Created..." instead of "New...."
