bug in anova.manyany for comp vs no comp #46

if calling anova.manyany on two objects, where one has comp=TRUE and the other has COMP=FALSE, nonsensical answers are returned (because only the first variable from COMP=FALSE is used)

added an error for the moment to catch this problem, maybe try to fix it up down the track...
