3 years ago I aggree with @KovalevArtem! Implementing Weblate would be great!
Esspecially because it is not clear to me how many/which strings need to be translated. The amount of translatable strings in the files Localizable.strings and Main.strings differ between languages in the subfolders hidden and LauncherApplication of the develop branch.
I'm not a programmer, so it is a bit confusing ... I'd like to translate into Croatian.
I suggest using Weblate or any other service. It is completely free for open source projects.
I am ready to help in the translation into Russian.
