Feature Request -GPS Setting pop up #392

It Could be a feature when i am opening the application ..if my gps satellite 
is not  switched-on by default it should pop up a dialog to switch-on gps from 
there i should be directly switch on the gps.currently which i have seen is 
missing in the version 1.3.5.
