[WIP] DEV to Main initial PR #7

We are going to soon push changes from Dev branch to Main branch. There are a few remaining adjustment in the Dev which is why I set this as a WIP PR.

There's a solution.txt file under an output folder --> did you accidentally push artifacts of a local run?

About to push an update for this, but it is meant to pair with the sample input.
