Add requirements install instructions to readme #16

Fix #15.

I agree we need to update our template. Currently we only have the Usage section. I'll merge this quick fix for now, so we can revisit our standard independently. For example, I don't think we'll want to keep the full Leap IDE URL in there, but instead introduce the <Open in Leap IDE> badge in readme header.
