Update QBoost JN #119

Since we are moving the demos to a new GitHub account, I would prefer a clean switch from directories to submodules. The alternative would be to let this repo to be made up of mostly submodules with one or two directories waiting on their PRs; however, I don't like this mixed history because eventually, the directory will be removed and replaced with a submodule (but at a different point in time).

I have recorded the comments in this PR and will apply them in the new submodule.
