Feature/add install instructions #99

Adding install instructions to make the demos more accessible.

I was reading your comments @randomir, and I realize that the README is probably not the place to teach someone the basics to setting up a virtual environment.

I saw the way @JoelPasvolsky just made a comment about virtual envs and then gave the user a link (should they choose to learn more) in his PR #109. So I will be copying his links and making that change to this readme. Will make a PR about this soon and link back to this message.
