I apologize for not responding for 1.5 years... but honestly, March 2020 still feels like yesterday to me. I have been neglecting paleotree maintenance during this interval, and I apologize for dropping the ball on this issue.
I am not sure I understand the error described here. I think I'd need to see more of your code and the input files to comment on why this issue is arising.

I hope this is the right place for this kind of error. I am trying to time-scale a phylogeny. So far, I was able to create the input files. The problem appears when I use the function bin_timePaleoPhy as in the next example:
timetree <- bin_timePaleoPhy(tree = retioTree, timeList = retioRanges, type = "basic", ntrees = 1, plot = TRUE)
The console throws me the following error:Error in timeList[[1]][go, ] : subíndice fuera de los límites
You have any idea what it means? The structure of my object is quite the same the retiolitinae data.
