Adds a number of TRN utility apps to the mbtrnav build. These were originally in the gnu auto tools build, but weren't transitioned to cmake:

libtrnwcli
trncli-test
mmcpub/mmcsub
mcpub/mcsub
trnif-test
mb1rs

Includes a sync with libtrnav and mframe to

fix general cmake build issues on Ubuntu 22.04
update sentry package build and documentation

build tested on MacOS Monterey and Ubuntu 22.04
