MB-System is an open source software package for the processing and display of bathymetry and backscatter imagery data derived from multibeam, interferometry, and sidescan sonars.
Our research group is currently experiencing issues with the MB_system 5.7.9beta52 version while using GSF files. Whenever we try to call the mcopy module, we receive an error message stating "Unable to open file, initialization failed". I have attached some pictures that illustrate the issue.
