Just installed this release and checked it against some EM124 data from the Revelle...oofff lots of pings come back. This might fully explain my poor grids from the sally ride and revelle... Although I still think the way the vessel transits makes a difference with there extreme crabbing and tendency to make sharp heading adjustments.
i have not checked it against the Falkor (too) data. Have you? Can edits be preserved when reprocessing the kmalls?
Doing the good work there Dave! cheers, Jeff

Jeff,
I have not checked against the Falkor (too) data or other ships yet. That’s why this is a beta release and not yet a stable release.
I think that the existing edits should remain viable and applied to the same soundings.
Cheers, Dave

Fingers crossed for edits to be preserved.
Cheers Jeff

Format 261 (MBF_KEMKMALL): Fixed bug in handing pings for which there are multiple MRZ datagrams that have different timestamps. This bug resulted in MB-System dropping many pings in some deepwater Kongsberg data (mostly EM124 data).
