dWeb Foundation is a grant-giving org that gives large-scale projects or contractors grants between $25k-$150k on a quarterly/semi-annual/annual basis depending on the individual project being proposed.
Given the current macro situation and the push to have native SLD's, a real issue that exists as a barrier to adoption is chain liquidity.
HNS needs to have a DEX that does not wrap the tokens but natively swaps. I feel that thorchain is the best option for this. BTC, BCH, ETH, and DOGE are examples of chains, with USDC, USDT, and DAI as stablecoins that can be natively swapped.
I request that the foundation put funds towards a bounty to enable this to solve the DEX issue during HNS's growing pains. I will not be taking this task for myself, and nor can I fund it, but it is something I see that is critically important to prevent on-ramp/off-ramp censorship of the chain long term.
