Add global README.md and make email templates comply with monorepo structure #10

A new README.md must be created at the root of the repository describing the new structure
Maybe we should have a mailing top dir with the email templates and make them match the mandrill kebab-case name

spencegarcia I'm bumping up priority on this because if you don't run npm i on the root of the project, you get compile errors. Clara helped me figure that out, but we really need that documented in the READMEs. Thanks!
