Fix - Remove Items From Cart When Products Are Deleted

This PR cleans up items from the cart when the products where removed from the merchstore.

Fixes #511

How to test:

Go to:

• https://deploy-preview-523--qa-always-open-staging-merchologyservices.netlify.app/
• Add two different products to cart
• Open another tab in your browser and go to admin > merchstores > qa-always-open
• Remove one of the items
• wait 15 secs
• Go back to the front store cart and refresh

It should remove the items for the deleted product.

Added two products to my cart, went to the admin and deleted one, waited around 1 minute and went back to the cart. The cart only had one product in it and the deleted product was gone.
