Feature / Combined Order Creation - Revenue and Orders Count Update

This PR adds support for updating the merchstore stats when a new combined order is placed.

Steps to test:

• Go to any store with an active order with at least 2 orders.
• Place the group order as the admin.
• Wait 30 seconds
• Refresh the store screen
• Active orders must be on $0
• There must be an additional order in the top level order history containing the orders previously seen in the active order details
• Store stats tiles (sales and total orders) must be updated accordingly.
