Merchstore Admin > Ship to Office > State should be a dropdown selector #157

When we click on state it should show the full list of the state.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to your merchstore
  2. Click on the Ship to Office configuration and a new form tab will open.
  3. Input all the details in the given fields and click on country and change it to United States.
  4. Click on state.

Expected behaviour It should show the list of valid states.

Current behaviour Is just a text field now.
