Description

Added the necessary GTM tags to the frontend index file

Steps to Test

*Will need access to the Merchology GTM and GA

• Navigate to the merchologysolutions GTM container
• Click Preview in the top right
• A GTM pop-up will prompt you for a URL. Enter the deploy preview URL
• Navigate to the MerchStores Frontend GA Property
• In the side menu, click Configure > DebugView
• Now navigate to the deploy preview and verify in the GA debugger that the following are being recorded
  • Pageviews
  • "Add to Cart" event
  • "Proceed to Checkout" event

Mike and I looked into the E2E test failures on this PR, and they were both false positives. We also updated the tests to have optional steps that caused this failure, so it should prevent it from failing again in the future.

In short, once this passes FR & CR, we can merge it!
