steps to reproduce

Create a new MerchStore
Setting status to “Active”
Required to add “Store Message” and either “Close Date” or “Processing Schedule” before you can update.
After you successfully “Update MerchStore”, then it lists “Store Logo is Required”, but not actually requiring you to add the logo to update further.
