Artwork thumbnail fix for rectangular and transparent #169

Fixes https://github.com/RangeMPLS/merchology-merch-stores/issues/478 Frontend store preview. Admin store preview. Steps to test

Test using rectangular image artwork, transparent background artwork, square artwork and white background artwork. Attached are example logos, and how it looks now.

  1. Check the artwork logo in the store admin.
  2. Check the artwork logo in the PDP store frontend

Expected behavior

  1. Should maintain the square form in the thumbnail and border radius.
  2. Transparent artwork vs White background artwork should be distinguishable with the gray background.
  3. Rectangular artwork should not have padding length-wise and fill the available width of the thumbnail.
