Highlights:

• Adds Internal Description field in Group Order create/edit package form.
• Adds internalDescription field in Group Order package records.
• Adds context/Roles.ts types and default roles constants.

How to test:

1. Open or create a new order with role SuperUser or Merchologist
2. Add new package, you should see the "Internal Description" field
3. Add an internal description and save the package
4. Close the page and check if the description was saved
5. Make a submission with the package with internal description
6. Close the order
7. Export to CSV and check the row of your submission, "description" field from CSV should contain contents from the internal description of the selected package.
8. Check the same on Netsuite.
