How to test:

  1. Create a new order with role Admin
  2. Add at least two packages
  3. Login as SuperUser or Merchologist you should see the "Internal Description" field when editing a the package group order.
  4. Add an internal item description to both packages
  5. Close the page and check if the description was saved
  6. Make a submission with each package.
  7. Close the order
  8. Export to CSV and check the rows of your submissions, "description" field from CSV should contain the internal item description for the selected package.
  9. Check the same on Netsuite.

Created group order with two packages and included an internal description in each. Logged in as admin, cannot see. Logged in as merchologist and superuser and can view these internal descriptions. Submitted two separate orders with separate users (one for each package). Internal description is displaying in CSV and Netsuite.
