Fix - Adds merchstore field types with correct values

This PR normalizes all the values from OrderType, PayerType and CloseDate fields that finally make into the placed order.

It ensures that we tag all the orders correctly so we can query the orders properly

How to test: 1 - Create a new merchstore 2 - Check the database, the payerType field must have the value "admin_payer" or "individual_payer". 3 - Go to the MerchStore frontend 4 - Place an order 5 - Check shopify, it must contain the following tags:

• merchstore_code=MXXXXyour merchstore code
• payer_type=admin_payer or payer_type=individual_payer
• order_type=individual_order
• close_date=pending
