Adjust the message area so that long messages don't overflow into image / product area

Open the deploy preview
Navigate to admin/merchstores/M0037
Adjust the store message to be long.
Go to https://deploy-preview-419--qa-static-close-staging-merchologyservices.netlify.app/
Verify that the message displays properly on the page
