Cannot connect to Airsonic servers supporting API version < 1.16.1 #294

Reported in Reddit DM. Airsonic may not support later than API version 1.15.0, so we should request that version rather than 1.16.1 in the ping request. 1.16 added the internet radio APIs which are currently unused, but a different solution may be needed once Supersonic supports internet radio.
