So, I press right click on track of interest -> Reorder tracks -> Move up. It moves to one position up, but if I press Move up again on the same track, it does nothing. However, if I move a track 1 up, then move any another track (it moves fine, btw) in any direction and then move track 1 up once again then track 1 moves fine.
